Does my scooter arrive fully assembled? Your scooter will arrive almost fully assembled. When your scooter arrives, you'll need to attach the remaining parts. Can my scooter go on an airplane or cruise? Current Quingo Flyte batteries are not airline friendly. It can accepted by cruises. I’ve run out of battery. Can I push my scooter? Yes. The Quingo Flyte scooter can push without battery. To do so, make sure the power is off, then disengage motor by pulling the levers on the motor to the unlocked position. Doing this will set your scooter to free wheel mode. Does the armrest raise? Yes. Both armrests can raise to allow an easier exchange or to make it easier to push you scooter closer to a table How do I charge the battery? Designed for user convenience, the batteries can function simultaneously and be charged while installed in the scooter. Does my scooter come with a warranty? Yes, The Quingo Flyte scooter comes with a standard 3-year frame, 1-year motor, 1-year battery, and 1-year electronic parts warranty. Can I use my scooter on dirt and grass? Yes. The Quingo Flyte can traverse low grass and compacted dirt with ease. Where can I find the serial number of my scooter? The serial number can be found in one of those three places, on the scooter, in the product manual, and on the box the scooter was shipped in.
Shipping After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.
Returns If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for two fees: return shipping and, in some cases, a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, ranging from none to 5%-25%. Since each vendor has different policies, please contact us for details about your specific item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.
Package Refusal If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.
Package Undeliverable If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.
Damages/Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.
