Apollo II features a front-wheel-drive solution for traversing various terrains, and a greater weight capacity of up to 470lbs. A budget friendly power wheelchair with a small turning radius of of 21", it moves well in constrained spaces such as supermarkets, living rooms, kitchens as well as bedrooms. With full-length padded armrests it offers a  comfortable riding experience that get you up to a 20-mile range per charge. This is the new version of our original Apollo Wheelchair!

3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON STRUCTURAL FRAME 
FREERIDER branded electric power wheelchair’s structural frame is warranted for a period of sixty (36) months from the date of original purchase by the original 
owner/user. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser/user if the structural frame upon examination by authorized 
Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period. 

 
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MOTOR, TRANSAXLE, BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS 
FREERIDER branded electric power wheelchair’s motor, transaxle, brake assembly and electrical components are warranted for a period of twelve (12) months 
from the date of original purchase by the original owner. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser/user if the motor, 
transaxle, brake and/or electrical components of the power wheelchair upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in 
material and/or workmanship within the warranty period. 

 
6 MONTHS LIMITED WARRANTY ON LEAD ACID BATTERY/BATTERIES* 
FREERIDER branded electric power wheelchair’s new lead acid battery is warranted for a period of six (6) months from the date of original purchase by the 
original owner/user. Luggie Scooter will repair or replace at our sole discretion to the original purchaser/user if the battery and/or batteries of the power 
wheelchair upon examination by authorized Luggie Scooter, Inc.’s representative to be defective in material and/or workmanship within the warranty period. 

 
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS FOR LUGGIE/FREERIDER BRANDED SCOOTERS & POWER WHEELCHAIRS 
• Upholstery, seating and armrest. 
• Body panels, shroud and cowlings. 
• Any damage resulting from unauthorized repair or modification. 
• Any damage resulting from natural disaster or Act of God. 
• Any damage resulting from abuse, misuse, accident, negligent operation, storage or maintenance. 
• Any damage resulting from liquid or moisture corrosion to electronic devices. 
• Consumable wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads and motor brushes. 
• Labor, service calls, shipping costs and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless specifically authorized in advance FreeRider USA. 
• Batteries that are improperly charged, stored or maintained according to manufacturer’s recommendations. 
• Batteries with seals removed. 
• LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded scooters or power wheelchairs sold by nonauthorized resellers/dealers or retailers. 
• LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any replacement, maintenance or accessory parts not sold directly by Luggie 
Scooter, Inc. to the original retail purchaser/user. 
• LUGGIE/FREERIDER branded limited warranty does NOT cover or apply to any products used for rental or commercial use. 
 

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, SHIPPING DAMAGE, ALTERATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, MISUSE, NEGLECT OR ABUSE.

Shipping
After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.

Returns
If you have any issues with your item, we are only a phone call or email away. We are happy to offer you a return within 30-days of the date of purchase. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees and a 2.9% processing fee. Lastly, some items may have no restocking fee, but some items may have a restocking fee that ranges anywhere between 5% to 20%. Every vendor is a little bit different, so please ask about your specific item for more information. To start a return, you can contact us at info@restoremobility.com or give us a call at 800-971-5369. To qualify for a return, the item must be in new/unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories are non-refundable. Please also note that Journey UpBeds and Perfect Sleep Chairs are non-returnable items.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.
