Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?
No: It is an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that are not offered by manufacturers such as accidental damage.
What's the catch?
There is none! It's very simple. Just purchase your warranty, contact us if your item breaks during your warranty period, and pay no service fee. Then, we will cover the parts and labor to send someone out to your home to repair your item. If we can’t fix your item, we’ll replace it!
When does the coverage start?
Coverage starts on the date of purchase.
Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?
Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.
What is not covered?
Unfortunately, the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products, gross misuse & consumables such as tires, batteries, etc.
Is there a service fee for the Replacement and Repair plans?

What happens if my product breaks?
In the event that you need to use your warranty (aka: file a claim) to repair your item, you can call Restore Mobility at 1-800-971-5369 and let us know that you need to use your CPS Warranty, or you can call CPS directly at 1-800-905-0443. Upon activating your claim, CPS will arrange all of the logistics for the repair or replacement of your item.
