Shipping
After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.

Returns
If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for two fees: return shipping and, in some cases, a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, ranging from none to 5%-25%. Since each vendor has different policies, please contact us for details about your specific item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.

Package Refusal
If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.

Package Undeliverable
If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.

Item arrived as promised.My wife is 75 years old and has some problems, a bit unstable.This is a lifesaver for her and me. We can go for long walks together. It’s good for her to sit on the seat to be stable due to the adjustable armrests. The product is sturdy and easy to dismantle.

Easy to put together and take apart to put in the car.

I bought this for my husband who has Parkinsons. He would not go with me anywhere because he has difficulty walking. He falls alot. I took him to the park and he drove the scooter all over the place and didn't have any difficulties driving it. It is so easy to take apart and now he can go anywhere with me, and he is no longer home bound. This scooter has been a real blessing to both of us!

Perfect but heavy

Purchased for my mother in Law because she really needed it. Has plenty of speed and great battery life. Runs on any surface. It’s a great product with its quality and usage but it’s heavy for her but she is able to take apart and reassemble by herself. It’s ideal with its storage basket, raisable armrest, the swivel seat.And so far this company has great customer service.

Nice scooter

This Z-4 scooter was just what I needed to be able to enjoy activities with long distances. I went to a state fair, an amusement park, 2 museums, and a zoo over a 4 day weekend. The scooter worked amazingly. No issues! In fact, others who saw the scooter wanted to know where I got it. The only issue I had was the instructions were not clear on how to put it together or dismantle it. I easily figured out how to put it together on my own and I watched a YouTube video about how to dismantle it to put it in my car. I can dismantle it and put it in the trunk of my car by myself and then take it out and put it back together. This scooter gives me the ability to go many places I would have missed. I LOVE this scooter!!

Easy to Assemble and Disassemble

As the caretaker for my husband who is 6'3", this scooter is perfect. After he had a stroke, I wanted something to help him get out of the house with our active grandchildren. Something light weight for me to pickup as well to put in the back of our small SUV. This scooter hit the spot.... It was easy to assemble straight from the box. And to disassemble is a breeze, take off the seat, remove the battery, remove the back wheels, lower the handle and bam...it fits. Easy to re-assemble, and off he goes. Works okay on grass, had to raise the speed up, but he was moving...Does go pretty fast...
