Warranty

 5 year warranty on the frame, and a two (2) year warranty on the brake handles against defects in materials and workmanship. Those items not warrantied are wear items, such as handgrips, brake cables, and wheels. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and is not transferrable. Triumph Mobility will not warranty any parts that have been damaged due to improper installation, modification and/or misuse. For warranty service, please return your walker to your local dealer. Service charges are at the discretion of the dealer, and are not the responsibility of Triumph Mobility.

Shipping
After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.

Returns
If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for two fees: return shipping and, in some cases, a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, ranging from none to 5%-25%. Since each vendor has different policies, please contact us for details about your specific item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.

Package Refusal
If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.

Package Undeliverable
If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.

I did a tremendous amount of research before taking the plunge and ordering the Triumph Prestige for my 97 year old father. In the past few months his legs have begun to give out on him and he can’t walk the distance from his room to the dining room for meals. Up until now, he has been using the old fashion aluminum walker with no seat. I debated over walkers with seats or a wheelchair, but realized he doesn’t have the arm strength to push the wheels on a wheelchair. I eventually decided on the Triumph for 3 major reasons: the strength of the frame, the 2-in-one rollator/transport chair, and the warranty. Having had it for only two weeks, I’m happy to say I am more than pleased with my decision. My father feels much more supported using it as a walker, and I love the ease of using it as a transport chair when I take him out for appointments. It’s great looking and even better, it is built better than anything else on the market. RestoreMobility was a pleasure to work with in answering my questions and processing my order.

Rollator was purchased for my 80-year old father for use in an assisted living facility. As and engineer, I really liked the design, large wheels, bearings in wheels, and how well it folds. These turned out to be very beneficial for my father as it is very easy to maneuver over and to roll over any sort of “bumps”.

My wife has had several rollators over the years, this one is by far the best! Rolls a lot easier than the others, and is much more comfortable for sitting.
