Warranty

LifeWalker Mobility Products stands firmly behind our commitment to provide premium quality products. Our standard warranties represent our confidence in the materials and workmanship of your new UPWalker.

The frame of the UPWalker is warrantied to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under NORMAL use, for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser when purchased from LifeWalker Mobility Products or an authorized LifeWalker Mobility Products dealer. Accessories and non-durable components such as wheels, brakes, seat, handgrips, and armrests, which are susceptible to normal wear and tear and subject to periodic replacement, are warrantied for six (6) months.

During these warranty periods, our warranties cover all parts and shipping for repairing the UPWalker. Our warranties expire on their respective anniversaries and immediately upon any sale or transfer of ownership or use of the product to another person.

Our warranties do not cover the following:
A product that was modified or repaired without prior written authorization from LifeWalker Mobility Products or an authorized LifeWalker Mobility Products dealer.

Problems arising from:

  • User negligence.
  • Any failure to adhere to the UPWalker user and maintenance instructions.
  • Any abuse or misuse of the product for purposes other than those specified in the UPWalker User Guide.

Shipping
After placing your order, please allow about 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process your order and get it shipped out of the warehouse. After that, please allow another 4 to 5 days on the road. Generally, we tell our customers to expect a delivery within 5 to 8 total days from the day of purchase. We use standard ground shipping (UPS or FedEx) for most items, but larger items such as beds or recliners require freight shipping and usually take about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. If you order a larger item that requires freight delivery, the shipping company will call you about a week before the estimated delivery date to schedule the drop off. Expedited shipping is currently not an option. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, any U.S. Territory, APO/FPO, or any other international address. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. These shipping times are only estimates, as we occasionally experience delays due to supply chain issues.

Returns
If you have any issues with your item, we are just a phone call or email away. We offer returns within 30 days of the purchase date, except for FreeRider and EWheels products, which have a 14-day return policy. Please note that Journey, Tzora, and JBH items are non-returnable. To start a return, contact us at info@restoremobility.com or call 800-971-5369. To qualify, the item must be in new and unused condition, and in the original box and packaging. You will be responsible for two fees: return shipping and, in some cases, a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary by item, ranging from none to 5%-25%. Since each vendor has different policies, please contact us for details about your specific item. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that most add-on accessories and any white glove delivery fees are non-refundable.

Package Refusal
If you choose to refuse the package for any reason, it will be processed as a standard return, and all applicable return fees, including return shipping, restocking fees, and processing fees, will apply as outlined above.

Package Undeliverable
If the package cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., a blocked driveway or the delivery truck being unable to access your location) but you still wish to receive the package, you will be responsible for any re-delivery fees. Additionally, you will be responsible for covering any storage fees incurred during the time required to arrange a new delivery plan.

Damages/Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@restoremobility.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to go through the return process for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you would then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. The sooner the better! In general, we will try to capture your payment at the time of shipment or after 7 days from the date of purchase to avoid any processing fees due to cancellation. However, if you choose to cancel your order after we have captured your payment, then you will be subject to a 2.9% processing fee.

I had to return the original walker because one of the front wheels was approximately 5/8” off of the ground which made it too off balance to use. I returned it and am waiting for the replacement to be shipped to me

Versatile and works well

I have Parkinson's Decease and have been on a walker after knee surgery a year ago. Because I have to stoop while using the conventual walker which has caused back problems and recurring knee issues. This device allows me to stand up strait while ambulating. I walk normally thus releaving the pain (NO STOOPING) once experienced with the conventional walker.. I now walk normally and at a faster pace. This device is versatile, flexible and easily maneuvered around any surface. Unlike like the conventual walker that has locked wheels, this device' front wheels rotate silently on turns eliminating noises . It has given me more energy and more motivation to ambulate.

I love it! It makes life sooooo much easier for me. I can walk upright and the thing is so very maneuverable. I have some severe neck issues that make walking with a rollator hard as I am bent over and trying to hold up my head to see where I'm going. This wears me out and causes me a good deal of pain. The surgery to fix the problem will take away almost all the mobility and flexibility in my neck it is also very scary, expensive and just something I'm trying to avoid surgery as long as possible. To have a way to walk around like normal and not have to deal with the extra neck pain and strain is fantastic. And add to that this walker is far less expensive than the popular UPWalker. It's a product that I highly

olid, smooth comfortable

I have acquired scoliosis w/a posture problem. Unable to walk more than 35ft unassisted & a cane just causes me to lean more. Since it's winter, I'm only able to use indoors. It maneuvers fine between all doorways. It is very sturdy & shiny and looks & functions like brand new. Came with drinking cup holder. Also large & solid. Turns sharp corners easily and moves smoothly. Also enjoy the bag that came with it. Brakes work fine. Definitely a safe and high end product & is worth the price which is lower than any other Upwalker I found. Love it. It's training my body to be used to walking upright and less pain because of that!
